Early in his career, Rob had ambitions of becoming a super hero until he realised that wearing colourful underwear over his tights was something of a fashion faux pas.

Realising quickly that there was more involved in making the world a better place than leaping tall buildings in a single bound, or flying faster than a silver bullet, Rob settled for a suitable understated business suit and began working with decision makers to effect real change.

Working with national and local governments the world over, Rob has been involved in many areas of health policy and during his career has effected significant changes in healthcare practice. He has gained strong expertise across many areas of healthcare policy, from big-ticket issues like the sustainable financing of healthcare, to specific projects to support individual therapy areas.

Establishing Wisper in 2010, Rob has previously led public affairs activity with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Rob was awarded a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University in the City of New York.

Rob lives with his partner in the heart of Westminster, England.
